Shipping & Tracking

When will you ship my order?

All the orders, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 working days in metros, and 4-7 working days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

What are the Shipping Charges?

We provide Free Shipping for all orders. An additional charge of ₹ 50 will be charged on all COD orders.

How can I Track my order?

You can track your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. 


What is your return policy?

You can apply for an exchange for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. 

How do I initiate a return?

Please mail us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please mention the following information clearly in the mail:

  • Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
  • Exchnage Requirment.

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes, In case we don't have the reverse pickup available at your location you would have to send the product back to us for exchange at the below-mentioned address.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will initiate the return process within 2-3 working days.

You'll be allotted ₹ 100/- of store credit when you self-ship for the exchange.

We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions

  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our store.If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can email us at [email protected].

Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?

Non monetary refund for any of your order will be made within 15 days of its date of delivery.
The product amount will be credited back to you as rewards point.This will be done post the quality check of all received products.

Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

Cancellation & related queries

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel any order that has not been shipped yet, please send a request to [email protected]. For prepaid orders, please contact our Customer Care at [email protected] to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be added to your reward points (which could be used for your future purchases). If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it.

Payment Mode

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at the Pincode provided by you but you can always opt for the Online Payment option.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In the case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not hindered/disconnected in the process.
